Will the Texans score more than 31 points in a game this year?

Seeing as we appear poised to add some serious players on offense in addition to a new offensive minded coach, do you think that in Kubiak's inaugural season the Texans will top their previous high point total of 31 against the Titans in 2004?

If we really do acquire Bush and Moulds, and our offensive line steps it up in the new scheme under Sherman I think we should see several high scoring performances. I guess alot of it comes down to injuries, the opposing defenses, and whether or not Carr can finally take a step forward...

If everyone doesn't answer yes, then we have problems.

I do not have a problem, but I was the moron that clicked "NO" by acident. I think they could score atleast 35 this coming year. Sorry about ruining the perfectness of this poll guys.

IMO, that is a June Allison type of answer.........it Depends! If the O-line actually performs WELL, then yes, it should be a banner year. If not, it won't matter how many shiny new baubles we have.

Crap, delete the thread and start over. :)

only if someone other than Carr is playing QB. Ragone even. But with Carr, uh no. Don't hold much hope for any semblence of an Offense to emerge, even with the addition of supporting players and Kubiaks new Offense, with a 4 year NFL starting QB who has to have the offense scheme spoon fed to him at a very slow pace.

The Defense's aren't going to slow down so poor Carr can learn any faster.

So they can score 30 in a game with Carr at Qb (Arizona), DD hurt, AJ at less then 100% and about 17 differant O-line players hurt, but with a healthy team filled with talent at the skill positions and an offensive minded coach they cant get 31? Take your hate somewher else, like the Cowboys board...

this should be david carrs coming out year. kubiak worked wonders for jake plummer, and david carr isnt too dissimilar to plummer in terms of athletic ability and arm strength.

Yes this will be the year that we are going to get more than 31 points in a game we have a good chance with Reggie Bush to do that for us and Davied Carr with out points on the scoreboard this year

GO TEXANS!!!!!
