Why has no one been fired?

Lord, Detroit did it mid season, Rams did it minutes after the game yesterday, WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR?!?!?!
 
Christ man, it's been like 12 hours since the game ended. Give it two seconds. Capers will likely go today.
 
It's not even Noon yet. Capers is probably still sleeping in, having dreams of greatness, hell they're all sleeping in.
 
I think it's appropriate to allow the team to come back to town and meet with personnel on Monday morning.

We'll get the press conference this afternoon. The reports are already out. It's not like there's any real suspense left.
 
microwave society stuff....there is a press conference today. Your water boils slow when you sit there and watch it.
 
Because we are not a classless organization and Dom is due his just firing. He was a bad coach but he did alot for this organization. I mean he was our first ever coach.

there was a clandestine news flash on 610 @ 10:01 am w/Capers sound bite. I'm one that feels quite saddened by the news. Casserly also had a sound bite & he stated that its been six years and he wanted to see this thing through, that really made me feel depressed :crying:
 
I can't believe you guys!! Sitting around with nothing to do but wait for someone to lose his job on National TV!! GEEEEZZZZ, everyone and their GRANDMA knows Capers is history. Why the rush!!? Bob McNair is a class act and will do it with dignity. PATIENCE!!!!!!!

Damn, what is the purpose of this question? Of course Capers gives a classy answer and I have more respect for him than ever. The media though. I don't know, it just seems like a lack of respect to ask someone a question like this right as they're being fired. Houston was 2-14, he knows it was a disappointing year and said as much. But no need to rub some salt in the wound.
 
While I desire a change at HC, I also understand we're talking about a real human being here (Capers) who has emotions and a heart.

All I ever wanted was for Capers to leave on his own mid-way through the season. Some see that as "giving up," but I see it as "giving in" to the obvious that a change needed to be made.

He could have saved himself a lot of grief, but hey...maybe by getting fired he gets more money in his wallet or something.

Anyways, I read the news brief on the home page and I see that even the ST coach got released/dismissed. Don't really understand THAT move.
