Desmond Howard. He was a kick/punt returner and wr in college. He had like 23 or 24 total tds combined and was the Hesiman winner. Cass drafted him 4th overall. He had a pretty decent career. he helped GB win a superbowl. I also believe he had a 12 yr career. Not a bad career, with a superbowl and 2000 probowl appearence(as a returner) but some might say they expect more of a number 4 overall.

No that had nothing to do with it. He just didn't play for UT so to you he was invisible. Common problem on the board these days, don't worry it will go away shortly after the Texans select Reggie Bush.
