Who should I pick up and play?

The bye week this week is kicking my tail who would you start at QB between the following:

Chad Henne
Mark Sanchez
Matthew Stafford
Alex Smith
Jake Delhomme

Right now I got Henne, I am thinking it's a crapshoot between these guys.

At WR who would you start:

Roy Williams or Cotchery?

If Stafford starts, he would be the pick of those...
If not, then I would go with Smith.

receiver choices both suck

Normally it helps us if you list who they are playing and if home or away.

I like Stafford at Home vs the Rams, and 2nd Delhomme on the road vs the Cards.

WR's are a toss up, but I would go with Roy Williams.
