Who is that Oscar guy?

Bulls on Parade

2017 Astros: Earn It!
Herm Edwards was just saying on NFL Live that NFL GMs, scouts and coaches are probably looking at that guy because he's big and athletic. I'm assuming he's an offensive lineman in the arena football league? After doing some on-line digging his name is Oscar Hernandez and he's not even a football player? Just a professional choreographer.

Good moves nonetheless. You go big man version of Deion Sanders!

Watching that new video I came across this one.

6'11 and 340 pound beast of an offensive lineman (should be in WWE) hitting a 5'10, 200 pound defensive back. OUCH! This was in the CFL. Do NFL teams even scout these guys?

I'd try out that Oscar guy and this 6'11 man just to invite to camp. LOL

That wasn't even a particularly aggressive hit. Just solid tackling technique and the laws of physics. He's probably in the CFL because of marginal foot speed. The NFL is a speed league.

Todd Wade had slow foot speed and spent nine seasons in the NFL. Four of which he was injured for the season though. Five active seasons I should say. I think he played with the Texans in 2005.

You can find exceptions. But they have to bring something special to the table.

What about a 6'7 and 400-pound tight end with freakish athleticism?

I hope we draft this guy in the 4th round next year.

He has hands bigger than J.J. Watt and also enjoys the one-handed catch.

I'd be concerned that Wilfork would see him as a cow and want to barbeque him. However, we have not been so successful with our 4ths so I wouldn't be too upset..unless Wilfork got indigestion.

If he can get low and maintain leverage, I'd love to see him on a Red Zone 2 yard (where's the beef) push package with Jones, Newton, Brooks and Wilfork. Maybe use JJ as the RB (direct snap) or QB.

OK. Back from fantasyland...
