When are upgrades put in for?

I know that after the season we can put in for upgrades. I have a friend who wants to get 2 season tix for next year to add to our existing tix. So do they start taking request now or in Jan. or Feb.?

You can probably put in for upgrades anytime, but they won't do anything until after the final date for all your payments are to be made. That way they know who renewed and who didn't. The Texans always sends a small card to PSL owners to see if they want additional seats. But that was in the past when we had losing seasons.
