We wer last in rushing defense and 2nd to last in overall defense. The definsive line pickups this year are going to be key for us. Ths biggest need we have!
In terms of rush defense, we ranked #29 in terms of rushing attempts against us, #32 in rushing yards given up, #30 in yards per rush, and #29 in rushing TDs given up. In terms of pass defense, we ranked #31 in yards per pass attempts, #27 in pass TDs surrendered, and #31 in total yards given up. Easy to see why we paid attention to the defense in the first 2 rounds of the draft.
