Never mind what you'd want. What position do you think the Texans will draft first? Question 2: Do you have inside information?
 
Interesting that most speculation has us taking a WR and that's not even an option in the poll.

I don't think the Texans are focused on any position in the 1st round. I think they're going to take the best value that falls to them at a position of need.

I'm also surprised that DT/D-lineman isn't on this list. If I were to lean toward a position, it would probably be DT/D-lineman. Wilfork is only here for 2 seasons, Crick is a FA in 2016, Nix and Pagan are virtual unknowns.

Agree with bolded and why I have Malcom Brown as no one in later rounds come close to what he offers. CB WR OLB RB can be had rounds two and three.
 
BPA is a theory that works if you really need a player at that position. Do you think that the Colts would draft a QB if that was the best Player available, or do you think they would go for the BPA for a position of need?
 
I am thinking downtrade and then BPA, which might be OG/WR/OLB/DE/CB.

The Safety (Swag) speculation to force guys interested in Landon Collins to move up the boards.

In my own mock i attended with a group of 32 german football freaks, i traded down with the Browns to 19, picked up an additonal 3rd and drafted Bud Dupree on 19. On 16 i was thinking to pick either La'el Collins or Strong. Collins were gone by then and i decided against Strong, because the WR-position is simply pretty deep.
 
Is Kubiak still around. I hear there's a former TE out there who now plays some other position that he loves. (c:
