When the RB stiff arms a defender they push the defender away with an open hand. Foreman held onto the defender’s facemask. That’s the penalty.

I'm amazed that Norm Van Brocklin's record has not been broken in the last 70 years considering the HoF QBs in that period and the modern pass-happy modern NFL that has tilted so many rules toward the passing game.

There is such a drop off between going from 1st string QB to 2nd then to 3rd. Anyone on their 4th or 5th is just taking someone out of the stands.
