We good Nitro. I’m very relaxed out here. That was a darn good win. And Diggs and company enjoyed the bleep out of it. He did not show any signs of frustration at all. But this dude come out of nowhere stirring up some crap. Bet you he’s a Vikings fan.

While I -do not- like the added stress of doubting whether if Diggs is happy or not but he is a Houston Texan. I am going to push for him to ball out every inch of the way. I wanted him. No take backs. I’m hopeful the SB is what he wants and we’re gonna be able to give it to him. That is the goal. -My- goal at least. I’d imagine it to be the same for Diggs, Stroud and/or anyone else this year.

Okay, just as long as we both understand we ain’t trying to disrespect each other. I have been a little iffy with my wording lately and just wanted to make sure. Once you go down the rabbit hole… there’s no coming back up. It’s all over for us. That’s the life of a Houston Texans fan, eh?

And p.s. an impending Diggs diva-dom still worries me.

It worries a lot of us, but lets hope he has learned something from his previous two stints. He couldn’t be in a better situation.

It doesn’t worry me one bit. He’s only here for a year. Plus we know he will have his moments to shin. I trust Meco and staff already gave him the game plan. And he understood the mission, that’s why he’s here. And if he sticks to said mission. We might extend him for another year or two.

Personal shots are not necessary. However, some of us disagree with your interpretation of Diggs's history. You seem to be only putting forth what your personal opinion is rather than all info about Stefon.
I full heartedly believe in criticizing players but it has to be done from a fair perspective and all angles.

I was not taking personal shots at him in that manner. The question was not warranted at all. I even posted clips of Diggs out there celebrating with his teammates. The man scored two touchdowns today so why would he be mad about his touches?

Agree we should keep it clean and respectful and personal shots like saying that is stupid question or did Diggs do something to you personally or show me where did Diggs hurt you on this doll is insulting.

To clarify, I did not say you were making personal shots but that they are not necessary anytime. It just leads to a "got you last" elementary school behavior.
 
I had to be away from the house the entire day today so just catching up on threads. I caught some of the game on the good ol' AM radio and the ESPN app.

My question for those who watched: Was the Indy offense just Taylor rush, AR-15 rush and AR-15 throwing a bunch of Uncle Rico's?

Basically, but throw in a blocked punt that set them up 1st and goal. What was disturbing was all the free releases we allowed and how many times their WRs got behind our deepest defender. They do that against the Chiefs, Mahomes is going to hang a 50 burger on them.

I consider that blocked punt an anomaly for a Frank Ross unit. And I think the free releases were more about over-indexing on the run stoppage. If you're going to have those mistakes, let it be in the first game of the season.

Shocked a bit about the rawness in AR's game. They talked about it, but dang it seems like other teams only need one game tape to figure out how to play this guy.

Taylor was OK but the bulk of their offense was Richardson launching ****.

Also they got set up nicely by blocking a Texans punt.

The Colts are a good team who opened their season at home and we beat them. Our win was slim but still impressive. We don't give up a blocked kick and avoid a few big plays we would've won by a wider margin. I do agree with you about every win counting. This won't be the only close game we play but if we can win our close games, all is good. Go Texans!

Did you here/see anything to lead you to believe there was an issue? We won, he scored two TDs & helped set the tone of the game with a critical 3rd down conversion at the beginning of the game. But since he only got 6 catches you think he might have gone full diva? Even though he was an angel on his other teams the 1st couple of years he was with his other teams.

You didn't see him cheering on the sideline. Did you see him complaining on the sideline at anytime?

Did you check out the highlights & tweets thread? A lot of post game stuff in there, some including Diggs.
