Oh I understood the "why go balanced" idea just fine - Just was reiterating that they seem to always coach with a "Not to loose" mentality instead of "Trying to win the game" mentality of other teams.
Persoanlly i'm in the camp of take your shots, roll the dice and let the cards fall where they may approach unless its an obvious thing like up by 3 scores in the last few mins and you want to run out the clock. Our team did not manage the clock very well though as evidenced by the out patterns, time outs and players going OOB to stop the clock when we were tryign to run the clock out.
