Even Indy fans have to admit that their mascot, Blue, is rather weak. It looks like it escaped from some kind of Disney Ice Capades.
 
Indy's Mascot actually got his butt kickd by that teddy and had to be saved by a balloon!? Toro would never stand for that weak mess. In fact 2 years ago at the pro bowl, i remember Toro kickin that bear in the head while he was holding the football in his mouth for a PAT attempt in the Mascot Games.
 
Done deal. I miss the days when Toro attacked opposing fans at the begining of the games. I haven't seen that in awhile.:kingkong:

What a travesty. Just look at the expression on the Buffalo's face, how is that supposed to make you think - oh what a fierce mascot, I need to vote for him?

I'd take off the homer-colored glasses here. Toro looks pretty cartooney in the picture posted on the voting site. Actually, he looks quite timid compared to Billy Buffalo's expression which is a bit more fierce than Toro's smiley face.

That being said, I was able to see Blue and Toro's highlights. It doesn't seem like that I can see Billy Buffalo's highlights. I'd sure like to see him perform. Toro's highlights were outstanding and I also can't see them in the second round. They really need to be there because Toro is outstanding in action and the voters need to be able to see that with their own eyes.

I voted for Toro and will do so all the way. I also wear homer colored glasses when it comes to voting.

Really, Billy looks fierce? He looks like somebody goosed him to me. To each his own.

The question is the reason. When you ask which one looks more fierce - Toro doesn't quite have the ferocity thing going. Although, I think old Billy looks more overwhelmed than anything else. Bad question imho.

I voted for Toro anyway. I can pretend he is fierce - no problemo.

yeah, when you look at that picture of Toro objectively, it doesn't really do him justice.

I guess seeing him do his thing at every Texans game, from kicking butt to rappelling into the stadium to riding his four wheeler, my perspective was definitely colored by knowing his act.

If I wasn't a Texans fan, I'd probably have a tough choice if judging the pictures alone. But still, the Buffalo mascot looks like a Jim Hansen muppet. Toro looks like one of those giant stuffed animals that you try to win at a carnival.

But I'm an admitted homer for Toro, and it is what it is.

It is up over there and I posted it on Clutchfans.net also. We are slowly closing the gap, but it really hurts that you can only vote once. I did make my son vote from his laptop and will make hubby vote tonight when he gets home from Fl.
