Vote for Amy. . . Singing the National Anthem

I only have one pc in my household, but, I've been sending out the word. I'll hit up my coworkers tonight.

Don't worry Amy!! You should sweept the contest from the fan's vote. How much does it count? Who has the final say? I'm so excited for ya, and just know you will get this opportunity.

fans count as 1/3 of the vote. I've voted on 8 different computers at work today ;) not sure whose got the final vote.

Also I greatly appreciate this and I know Amy Lynn does as well.

this is from amy, voting has finally begun.

I was wondering if you would take the time to vote for me. I entered the national anthem contest to sing at the last houston texans game against the patriots on jan. 3rd! I was one of 13 chosen to come back for live auditions out of 70. I have always wanted to sing the anthem at a game and now is my chance! Those that know me understand my love of the texans and who better to represent them then me!!! Thanks again for your time and support! Try to vote as soon as possible. . . And we find out if we won on december 22! Thanks so much yall!

Go texans!

**Bump**Amy**

Who rated them in the first place Andrew? That doesn't make sense.

doesn't make sense to me. I know of alot of folks that have voted for her. According to the Houstontexans.com website it shows that the other videos are rated higher and doesn't even show her on the main hit list as videos viewed. I told her probably just alot of folks voting with out watching the video.

Clearing cache all day today. If Hervoyel can win a new backyard because of us... amy should blow the competition out of the water. CLEAR YOUR CACHE, PEOPLE!! Let's get Amy on the field! Go Amy!

The fans have spoken.

More than 8,700 votes were cast online for the Houston Texans’ National Anthem Contest, and the winner is Hans Stockenberger, a 30-year-old Houston native who submitted a stirring rendition of the “Star Spangled Banner.”

Off of the voting link...

Thanks Dan. That sucks!! Congrats to Hans. Congrats to Amy too, for having the stones to even participate.
I hope it's Andrew who has the stones in that relationship, but I digress...

At least it went to a "local", rather than people from out-of-town who probably couldn't name a single player!
