Nobody, but nobody has ever got the hype that Bush has at his level ! Let me remind you that he is yet to take one snap in even an NFL scrimmage or preseason game and many pundits have already virtually nominated him for the HOF in Canton ! I mean Vick is a low profile football player right now compared to Bush, and yet he has paid his dues in the NFL by now with some significant success.Texas_Thrill said:I don't think you can compare Vick and Bush. Vick has not turned into the QB folks expected is the problem. You just aren't going to make the playoffs consistently when your qb is throwing that low of a completion %.
Bush has done what he needs to do to get this hype. He's not hyped in college he's just being hyped for the pros the same way Lebron was. Guess you think CLE should have traded him away for multiple picks as well.![]()

Carr would have to have better numbers than Peyton Manning, Tom Brady and Carson Palmer. How did he rate compared to those guys?
But Vick going over a couple of other NFC QBs is laughable.
Vick - 2297 yards, 15 TDs, 12 INTs, 74.1 rating
Mark Brunell - 2909 yards, 22 TDs, 9 INTs, 87.8 rating
Drew Bledsoe - 3397 yards, 22 TDs, 15 INTs, 86.3 rating
That because the NFC is a subpar conference. The AFC is still the class of the league and has the most talent and the best coaches. The NFC closed the gap a little this year, but that gap is still about a mile wide.ArlingtonTexan said:The NFC has a pretty sorry set of QBs this year. Just the fact you could make legitimate argument Bledsoe or Brunnell says about all that is needed. Don't forget that Jake Delhomme was also named a starter.
