Last I heard, he visited the Steelers. They need a CB.

It would be kind of odd to see him in black and gold. They really need an actual CB out there. If he does end up in Pittsburgh that defense is going to be even scarier.

And the scary thing is that it would be the 2nd scariest defense in that division (if that makes any sense). Baltimore's defense is just sick.

yeah, he's checking out 'burg... just wonder ifhe's the same 'ol Law...

Updating ongoing reports, Ed Bouchette, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, reports free agent CB Ty Law (Patriots) is recovering from a Lis Franc injury, which only two NFL players (RB Duce Staley and LB Keith Brooking) are known to have had successful returns from. The main problem is Law is 31 years of age, and the other two players that made a solid return from their injuries were both under 25-years of age at the time. While Law is no longer using a special motor scooter to get around, he remains far from being able to work out for teams.

Don't forget Minnesota. Their defense on paper is going to look alot like a Pro Bowl roster. Kevin Williams, Pat Williams, Udeze, Mixon, Smoot, Sharper, Winfield. Don't they still have Cotrell as their DC? If he can get those guys to buy into the program they'd have a mean looking defense.

yes but as washington has shown us time and time again...just because you have the names doesn't mean you get the production...words on paper are just words not actions...right now i'd take the texans defense over theirs

The Ravens are going back to a 4-3 and the DL is a question mark. If Boulware comes back and plays anywhere close to his past ability it will make a big difference. The secondary is awesome except for FS Will Demps.

Ty Law's foot injury occured at Heinz Field and even if the new turf is better for the upcoming year i would think that would be a sore spot for him to play on. Maybe that doesn't factor into his decision. That injury sounds pretty severe so i'm curious if whoever signs him will get a bargain or end up settling on an injury settlement. His market value has certainly dropped either way.
