Turf Toe?

ok not to sound like a dumby but what is turf toe and why do our players keep getting it?

It's a jammed joint in the big toe. It is excruciatingly painfull. The only two ways to cure it is to get off the astro turf and rest. Or...cut off the big toe.
Think Gout. Very bad arthritsis. Mario has the other bad foot injury. Plantar fracus. That one is a bear also.. think stone bruse with severe radiating jolts of pain every time you step on it. They should of IRed him weeks ago.

sounds like he needs to cowboy up and cut it off ha ha ha ha nah just kidding. put the guy on IR not goin to make a difference now anyway
