Trade Down to the 27th pick?

How about trading down to the Falcons 27th overall pick for our 13th and picking up there 2nd rounder this years and maybe a future 3rd rounder or this years 4th round pick? Then Draft Matt Jones with the 27th overall pick... a ILB and a corner with our 2 seconds, and a tackle and guard/center or safety with our 2 3rd rounders? what you guys think? :hmmm:
 
Why would they want to do that? Vick got sacked a ton and Jammal Brown a RT for their lefty will most likely be there. If we did then we could probably still get two solid players but I would definitely want next year's second as well. More picks please.

We could draft Ware, Burnett, here then we have 2nd rounders to get WR and CB i actually like it
 
Exactlly Royce.. but i would like to get Matt Jones at 27th.. and then add depth to our o-line with our two 3rd rounders and with our two 2nd rounders we can find a nice ILB and corner.The Falcons with the 13th pick could go for a LT like Barron, or Brown;A WR in Williamson, or really what they need is a DE like Marcus Spears, or Erasmus James,One or more of those players will be there at the 13th pick. I mean we could go with Williamson at the 13th pick; if he's there; but I know in my heart Matt Jones have him beat with his combination of Strength,Size and Speed, with way more upside!That's the type of player the Texans are looking for. an Impact Player who can get on the field and cause matchup problems from the jump! :thumbup

Well no matter where we pick I think we will get a OLB, WR and CB with our 1st 3 picks.
#27 would be the BPA of WR/OLB.
#47 BPA WR/OLB which ever one is not taken in 1st round.
#59 BPA CB
2 3rd rounders this year would be OL, DL this could work very well
 
Atlanta prefers smaller, more mobile guys (6'5" or less, around 300 lbs) and mid to late round picks on their O-Line...They won't trade up to take Barron/Brown/Barnes...The only people I could see them trading up for is Brodney Pool and Travis Johnson, and they should both be available up until around the 20th pick...
 
they could trade up for a decent wr to help out vick and put price back at his productive #2 spot. i think they would rather get bmw so they would have to trade a little higher.

I know but its kind of a rule of thumb. If we can get a better deal go for it. Its just a good way of valuizing the picks.
