I am new to this message board, and I see alot of threads about VY and RB. Both are great players but we don't need them we just want them. Carr might be the only not sure thing to keep, but anybody who takes that many sacks is a warrior in my book. So improve the line and give him one more chance. DD is a proven runner with no line and only get better with Kubiak as the coach. His system work with any running back. OL is a bigger concern to many sacks in 4 yrs. If anybody seen this week Senior Bowl will notice D'Brick is a monster in the trenches. And will be a better upgrade or maybe a Mario Williams if we run a 4-3 D. As you can tell our D-Line can't sack groceries better yet a moving target. So move down pick up some draft picks. And let Kubiak bring in the players he want on his team!!
 
You should post this/check the nfl draft forum for some similar threads. I'd say about 1/3+ of the fans on this MB feel the same way as you. The others vote RB and VY. Unfortunately, this has been a debate we've had many times already, so watch out for some heated responses

If I'm moving down then I'm going D and not with an O-lineman. I'm worried because the guy had an inconsistent Senior year and was injured some. He practiced great this week but Kiper didn't mention him in the ESPN piece I saw as best players from the game. I think we could still take VY or Bush AND get quality O-line help with the next 3 picks.
 
If the Texans decide to take Bush or Young, I really hope they find a way to get a good to great OLT and a great TE with their remaining picks (perhaps package them to get two early 2nd's). 2006 is the Year of the Offense for the Texans. It is just falling that way.
