Top UFA's released????

Say a team decided they didnt want thier undrafted free agent and cut him june 1st...would it be logical at all for the texans to pick them up??? Im saying if like the Falcons decided they didnt want Greg Threat or the Bears didnt want Dwayne Slay...how often do other teams look at undrafted free agents after they were already released form another team??? Maybe they would release them because they didnt work well with that teams scheme, i dunno im just saying you think the texans would look at guys like these, that they might have rated pretty well???

Most undrafted free agents that are released, are often signed to the practice squad.

Shawntae Orr, who led the team in sacks last year, was actually cut by green bay and then picked up by the Texans all before the Texans training camp his rookie year.
