Todd Christensen passes away

I remember him as a great athlete AND a great announcer. My FAVORITE Todd moment still has to be the episode of Married With Children where he was a game show host in Chicago and was asking Kelly sports Trivia and the ONE question she got wrong was: "Who was the Polk High fullback who scored a record four touchdowns in one game?"

That was exactly what I thought as soon as I saw this... definitely one of the better episodes :)
 
Todd started out with the Cowboys and they cut him . The rest is history . Even worse , I remember watching him play for the Cowboys in a pre season game .

One game he was working , his partner said a player was a speedster , ran a sub 4.4 forty . Todd told him that the fastest player he ever saw was Cliff Branch and he barely cracked a 4.4 . Todd said nowdays everyone hits a 4.4 and he just doesn't buy it . His partner asked him what he ran in the 40 and Todd said 4.4 like evryone else .
