I say that this game was bigger than we all think because I believe that it displayed some improvement for our team.

Lets take a look at the previous times we played Tampa in preseason. It usually is the last game before the regular season and we end up getting it handed to us.

That was no longer the case last night.

Our 2 and 3 talent level on offense was still good enough to execute scoring drives which never really was the case for us before.

Coaching, coaching, coaching. Our staff totally handled any late minute drives or kill clock situations superbly over the preseason and that alone helped us pull out wins whether first or 12th string teams.

I know it is preseason but this system is going to produce. I mean every one of our RBs except DD got a run of 25 yards or more in the preseason.

That is my comment as you wish.

Its definitely a step in the right direction even being preseason games. The guys played hard which makes today a really sad day for some players who wont make the team.

a win is a win, preseason, regular season, post season...a win does the same thing. build confidence. a 3-1 preseason means alot...and i think the confidence of the team will be sky high going into week 1.
