Has anyone considered Leslie Frazier as HC candidate? The Bills defense has been great, and he could potentially turn around ours. Our D needs and overhaul.

I like Frazier. But the bills have had issues stopping the run this yr. Star opting out really hurt the Bills run defense.

Currently I lean toward Saleh. I know generally the concept is you have your quarterback you wish to build around then hire an offensive head coach but to say our defense is our biggest issue would be an understatement. We're now in a division with two of the top five running backs this season (one of them being a freaking truck in cleats) in the terms of rushing production and another solid one that also was top five before his injury in the last two games (or the Jags merely aiding in their tanking). That's three productive running backs, possibly Trevor Lawrence or Fields being added the QB pool and Tannenhill with the likes of AJ Brown and Corey Davis.

In other words, if our defense isn't straightened out we're going to have some long days ahead of us. We looked completely incompetent on that side of the ball. You could have watched tape of our defense and played Benny Hill in the background and it would have been fitting. From watching Saleh I saw a passion and fire on those sidelines that we never see on ours. Something we have always said we lack especially with how lackluster we come onto the field beginning in games.

I'm usually not all that worrisome about seeing guys all rah rah on the sidelines as long as they produce but we don't produce and we show no passion for the game. I would like to see someone that can bring that back and instill that on this team. Watt's words definitely seemed to ring true on that point in regarding how players were carrying themselves. You'll never win with that approach so someone that can control and lift a locker room would be a benefit.

The article on profootballtalk covering noise about Watson requesting a trade also brings up the possibility that our next HC could presumably be someone that is represented by Bob LaMonte...https://www.psr-inc.net/clients/

The client list is interesting.

Is Brady on the list?

No. Daboll is. As well as Easterby and Caserio.
It was mentioned that Joe Brady had an outstanding interview with the Texans and just ahead of the Caserio interview and hiring. My guess, Brady is still in the mix and awaiting his second interview with the Texans and Caserio. When the Bills are done playing I fully expect them to put in a request to interview Daboll....which I'm 100% behind as well.

Sounds reasonable.

But... they just showed you what they're going to do. Whoever you want least is most likely our next HC.

No Longer Arlington: Escaped From Jerry's World

MONDAY NOON: The Texans are expected to interview the assistant head coach of the Baltimore Ravens, David Culley, for their head coaching job, a source tells Ian Rapoport. Rap writes that Ravens head coach John Harbaugh "has been outspoken about how ready Culley is. An impressive coach.''

Culley, 65, has been a coach for over 40 years and an assistant in the NFL for 26 years.

Additionally, multiple reports say that Leslie Frazier, presently the Bills defensive coordinator, is scheduled to interview.
Culley might be as anti- Joe Brady as it gets

C’mon dude....Watching Culley...dude seems to be an “extrovert” & the type of guy Cal described that he wanted.

This is before LJ8’s MVP season when Culley was hired.

I meant in terms of experience. Overaged coach who has been in the NFL since before Brady was in elementary school. That's polar opposite too young, but hot list coach. I don't know either one of their personalities beyond what I am being told through media and provided (thank you ) video.
