They might can get it reworked, he’s knows he’s on the back end of his career and he didn’t have a good enough year last year that teams are going to be knocking down his door. They might can change to a very team friendly deal it’s incentive bonuses covering most of the contract.

What do you mean by "bust"? He's been a good player for the Texans for several seasons. Not his fault BOB gave him a contract he couldn't pass up.

His best football is probably behind him. But I think he could still be a solid contributor.

With all due respect,

He played well enough to get a nice contract. He's been absent ever since and is a non factor in every game. If he were a 4th round pick I'd call him a role player. As a 1st I think he's a bust.

Never thought he’d be a superstar, but if you’re giving away a 3rd to get him, especially when he was likely to be cut, you better damn well take advantage of what he’s good at. The Texans did not do that.
