Texans Hire Nick Caley as New OC

I've been watching some games from the 2011 & 2012 season (the ones I can find) & it is amazing the difference in the Texans run game since Foster left. IMO Lamar Miller was the best back in the O'Brien era but Billy O never managed to leverage him into making the Texans running attack something to feared. I'm really hoping that some combination of Mixon, Chubb, Pierce and Marks will be a real threat this year.

Hopefull

From what I've heard from this interview (and Metchie), it's going to be close to BoB's offense. How do we feel about that?

BoB's offense wasn't all bad...but it definitely was not all good. Maybe it was his players and him trying to be smarter than everyone else in the room that made it suck at times? I hope Caley can add some different elements to make it truly a hybrid system.

Hopefully it will be better coached & schemed up. Hopefully it's closer to Josh McDaniel's offense than OB's.
