First, KT, I am somewhat suprised you posted this as I had you pegged on the "Anti-Carr as an NFL QB" side of the discussion. Shows class, IMO.

Again, the article appears to validate, from an outside sports writers point of view and an outside players point of view, the discussion that Carr has not had a fair shake at being successfull.
 
At this point, Carr said, he's made a conscious decision to somehow halt the sack frenzy.

"There were a couple of games there where we were just trying to get out of the sack funk, (and) I was just getting (the ball) out of my hand," he said. "Whether it was third-and-long, just dunk it down or throw it out of bounds and live to play another down."

Now, what does that tell you about their 'priorities'? And who can blame them.
 
Gotta' feel sorry for the dude. He showed a lot of class by signing with the Texans, knowing that rough times and struggles lay ahead. He could have pulled an Eli Manning and ended up on another team - pick any of the other 31 - and had a much better chance at long term success.

Carr is resilient, and tough, which is always admirable. I just hope he still has some skills left after the four year smack down he's had to endure.

I am not a Carr supporter, but he is a Texan. If I come across things that I agree with or not I still like to share with the Texan nation. :texflag:
