Both he and Preston Parker are more sure handed and make less mistakes than the duo of crap that is Jean/Martin.

They both would be upgrades. as WR's and KR/PR duties. IMHO

Tanner has never played in an NFL game for like four years. I'd keep Martin and Jean over him. Steel you just sound desperate! lol
