What's wrong with it, us picking #8 or us picking Marshawn Lynch?

I could easily see us picking 8th, and I'd have no issues with Marshawn Lynch (if he continues to develop, which I think he will)

Now with that being said, if we are in the 8th hole I'd want us to trade dwon espically if Lynch is available there.

Nothing wrong with either. I love the draft. I am always just amazed how detailed it gets every year. Some day we will be hearing about the Middle School rankings and how the kids could translate to the Texans in 2020

Alredy happening in basketball.

Guess I will have to become a Buffalo Fan...:jk:

I'm an Irish fan but my allegiance is to the team, not individual players.

I just wish them the best when they leave.

So what. I have no reason to believe this BS. How many times has that reporter watched a Texan's game? How many players can they name on this team? How many coaches can they name? Do they know anything about our cap situation?

We are the fans and we have a better pulse of the franchise than the editorialists, prognosticators and other fans. We talk, sleep, eat and bleed Texan. I give a rat's *** about anyone's take not associated with our team, because the only time they have cared about us is when they tried to push their Bush agenda on us.

The line is drawn in the stand and I am with my fellow Texans. :texflag:

They have Chicago with the 4th worst record in the league. Plus Minnesota, Green Bay, and Detroit are there in the top ten so apparently the only games they will win are against each other in that division. Wow priceless that was by far the biggest waste of my time I will experience today.

I think we end up about 6-10 this year. That would put us in the low teens. It isn't that far of a stretch to see us drafting 8th.

So how many running backs were on that list as compared to pass rushing defensive ends?:stirpot:

I feel it makes the Mario pick that much more right.:yahoo:

Kinda funny they have the Lions taking another Longhorn. Sad thing (for Texas) is they'll probably be looking for one.

but then you can become a texan again, because we gonna get tom zbikowski :redtowel:

A mock draft for something happening a year away is nothing but a sports writter wasting his time. It'll be fun to look back at this next year to see how many of the players in the top 10 will even be taken in the first round.

This reminds me of the playoff and Superbowl team predictions before every season. NONE of them are ever even close to being right. This is just shot in the dark stuff that fills pages. Nothing more.
