Short term returns = Long term injuries?

I am not one of the doom criers taking every single bit of news as bad news, but I have a legitimate concern about something. I know every NFL team has done it, but I'm pretty sure at a least SOME of the players that returned to practice yesterday probably aren't ready to come back. I really hope I'm wrong. However, if I'm right, best case scenario I see is a roster that is so banged up at the end of the year that they can't win a playoff game. I hope I'm wrong. I would just hate to see our elite players take another year of punishment for nothing.

Also, LOL @ Kalil going for the beard thing to improve his play...I seem to remember another Texans player doing that in the past and it seemed to work out really well for him.

Don't make me get out the "Jim Mora Video" before the season starts.

Keke Coutee returned to practice yesterday. If Doc’s post is right (it is) then that is way too soon and we’re in for another season of him being shuffled in and out of the lineup due to recurring injuries.

Count me in as one of the people on this board that have seen the Doc's prognosis come to reality, despite what the local Houston media or the Texans organization says.

I have the sinking feeling that the irreplaceable players on our team are going to be in and out all year and not really be effective. I know every team fights injuries but the injury management on this team boarders on malpractice.

I hope I'm wrong, but I've seen this movie before.

I wonder if the Texans medical staff had something to do with our director of sport performance leaving after 1 season. Probably didn’t want to be associated with constant hamstring injuries.
