San Antonio?

My dad unintentionally made a good point last night, asking why the Big 12 is in San An. I explained 6 teams are in TX/OK.

I then thought about it, and realized all 6 are in the South. How did they pick San An? Does the North ever complain that it is not a neutral site?

I think they have the game in KC some years also.

They try to alternate it between North and South, even though there have been years that is has been back to back in the North (04-05) and South (02-03):

1997-98 San Antonio
1998-99 St. Louis
1999-00 San Antonio
2000-01 Kansas City
2001-02 Irving
2002-03 Houston
2003-04 Kansas City
2004-05 Kansas City
2005-06 Houston
2006-07 Kansas City

Next year's is in Kansas City I do believe. Both Mizzu and Kansas should still be very good as they are both fairly young and have returning Heisman canidates at QB. The South powers will still be strong.

No problem. I actually had tickets for that game in '05 too and wound up selling them. lol
