The last time they had it it was sponsored by Footlocker, who runs a website with results. Maybe check the sponsor's website?

I participated. I'm not much of a runner, it was my first one, fun time though! I saw the results posted in the stadium so I took a picture of the sheet with my time on it (yeah I'm a dork). I haven't seen any reference to results posted online yet.
On a side note, one of the photographers snapped a couple of pics of my daughter and told me where to go view them. The company is Brightroom, looks like they take pictures at events like this. This one's not up yet but it says coming soon - http://www2.brightroom.com/91642 .
