I watched the Georgia/Auburn game today and all I can say about these two RBs is "wow!"
First of all, the coaches did a great job of getting the RBs into space, especially Ronnie Brown. Brown is a powerful runner, who has top notch speed and GREAT hands. Oh yeah, he can block too. Drove one guy out of the playing field when Brown was playing FB and Cadillac was running. On another play Brown caught a pass in the flat and gained two yards before 2 defeders hit him, but Brown stood on his feet escpaed and was brought down 1 or 2 yards later. Brown on the day only had 12 carries for 51 yards but the Tigers used him mostly as a receiver out of the backfield and he had 7 catches for 87 yards and a TD. Brown reminds me of Fred Taylor with his excellent combination of size and speed.
Cadillac has great speed and routinly made people miss. On one punt return, the Cadillac caught in then was almost immediately hit but made the guy miss and went on to pick up 20 yards. He is really shifty and finished with 102 yards on 19 yards with a TD. He also threw for a TD.
I would like either one, but I feel that Ronnie Brown would fit our team perfectly. He has great hands and would be able to catch out of the backfield and will pound the ball through the tackles but also has the breakaway speed to get away from the defense.
