Renting a Suite?

My wife's company would like to rent a suite from someone in late November but preferably in December for one game. Any suggestions? Does anyone have a season suite or their company that would be willing to sell it for one game? Any and all advice is appreciated. Thanks.
 
During the Vikings preseason game and on the radio I heard them advertising about suites. Not sure if you can buy 1 game or if they make you buy the whole season.
 
They only have a couple of suites left. They will only sell them for the season. No single games. We didnt have this problem last year.
