Colt is playing himself out of the money both Heisman and draft selection.

Oh well that settles it. I forgot that QB play is the only thing that matters in football.

Let's just forget that Colt has a TD:INT ratio of 11-7 while McElroy's is 9-3. Not to mention that McElroy has faced tougher defenses so far.

Alabama has a better offensive line and one of the best RBs in the nation. We can't say the same.

I didn't mean to imply that under no circumstances could we beat Alabama. I meant to imply that head to head on a neutral field, I would be comfortable playing anyone but Bama. They are the only team I am afraid of at this point.

All great points here. I think Bama would beat Texas if they were to play for the national title. Florida and Texas could go either way, but I think Bama is better than both.

I am a UT fan. That said, I think they're overrated. I think McCoy is very athletic, but I don't think he's as good a QB as we thought he was. His Oline isn't giving him much help either.

BUT, all they have to do is win out and they're in the Ship. Bama and Florida will knock one of the other out in the SEC championship. I guess we'll see how it unfolds.

All great points here. I think Bama would beat Texas if they were to play for the national title. Florida and Texas could go either way, but I think Bama is better than both.

Im not sure about Florida at this point anymore. I think the Vols. and Monte laid down a blueprint on how to stop that team. Since they played the Vols.,Florida has yet to blow anyone out besides a very bad Kentucky team. You also have to look at the fact that Texas has had trouble running the ball and Colt must throw it more. Im sure if Texas had Ingram it would be a different story.

IMO the difference between Florida and Texas is that all of Texas' problems on offense are fixable.

I think that Texas' offensive struggles are related to scheme, not personnel.

Florida just does not have the talent at WR this year to run the offense that they are used to. They have been forced to become more conservative and at some point Tebow is going to have to win a game with his arm instead of his legs. I don't know if he has enough help to do that.

I agree with the loss of Harvin and Murphy Florida is not that strong
