Jason Cole, of the Miami Herald, reports Miami Dolphins rookie CB Will Poole pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol back in February, which likely was the result of Poole's draft stock decline. Poole dropped from a potential first-round pick to the fourth round of the NFL Draft. According to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department records, Poole was arrested on Feb. 25 on a charge of drunk driving, posted $15,000 bail and, according to a source, pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor charge. Both the NFL and the Dolphins are aware of the situation, although Poole will not be subjected to any punishment from the league or the team because the incident happened before he was drafted. Dolphins general manager Rick Spielman declined to address Poole's arrest but said: "Whether it's a free agent or a trade or a draft pick, we do a thorough investigation on every player we bring in. We're very satisfied with our roster."
