Like the announcers said how is that not a horse collar? Is it because he grabbed the hair and not the collar? His neck was snapped back, that could have been worse.
 
Horsecollar is when you are pulled down by the shoulder pads. If he would have grabbed the jersey or the the hair it would have been ok.
 
or be like a lizard and have it so when they grab your hair it detaches and you run off in glee?
