According to John McLain, "When teams are tied, the teams with the easier schedules select ahead of the teams with the more difficult schedules." Shouldn't it be the other way around with teams that have a tougher schedule picking ahead of teams with easy schedules?

Basically - if you can't manage more wins against WORSE opponents, you need the help MORE - thus, you pick higher!
