Here's an interesting analysis of QB's and their Wonderlic scores and the scores of Super Bowl winning QB's.

But a strong Wonderlic score can be a pretty decent security blanket when it comes to spending millions on a quarterback. And in a year like this one, where no one seems certain who the top players are, a Wonderlic score might be a more useful tiebreaker than other points of study.

The scores are not reported publicly and it's unlikely they will be leaked until after the draft, but I found myself wondering today how Manziel, Bridgewater and Bortles will rank. For Manziel it could be a deciding factor on whether the organization thinks he can adjust to playing under center, and passing from the pocket, and how quickly he might make the adjustment.

Wow, Peyton didn't make the 30's. Proof that preparation outguns IQ (or whatever).

I think there is score inflation with all academies and advanced preparation. I wonder how the averages have changed over the years.
