Post Game Fights

Last night after the game, one of the off duty officers that patrols the platinum lot in a golf cart said there were more fights in the parking lots than he had ever experienced after a game.
Did anyone witness any of the fights?
It's generally quite in our corner, and we didn't see anything near us.

I didn't see any stupid people that want to fight over a football game last night and I'm glad I didn't. Just wait until the real game takes place. They might want to hire extra officers and bring a judge to the stadium and hold court in the astrodome.

Apparently, there was a skirmish near us right before I got back to the lot after the game. Two guys swinging and a bunch of people broke it up. I guess the guys were buddies because by the time I got there they were laughing and drinking beer together.
 
Anybody doubt my story about running into three "likes to fight guy" that I mentioned in another thread??. Do I attact these douche.bags especially Gurl's douche.bags or what???

They are located near the loading docks (player's parking lots) in the northeast corner(ish) where the security offices are IIRC... *not that you heard it here* :whistle:

I saw two Texan fans fighting on the Platinum lot, after the game. Well, not actually throwing punches, but, one guy had the other backed up against a car with one arm on his neck, and the other hand in a fist! don't know if he punched him or not, I got outta there!:)

I was ashamed for my city when I saw this video.......we're acting like a bunch of wild animals and now that this is on video, this could be something that blows up if the national media catches wind of it.

The idiots who shot this need to grow up as well, this is embarrassing and if this kind of thing happens more frequently, you can kiss tailgating goodbye in this city.

I could have told you this would happen after just a few things I've witnessed at Reliant with this being a Texans and Cowboys game. The majority of Cowboys fans are some of the most loud mouth cocky fans and they love to stick it to Texans fans every chance they get. It's just going to be a clash. I couldn't tell if it was the Cowboys fans fault in that video or anything, but this was something that wasn't going to be a surprise. I expect that things may get worse in week three as well.
 
You get that many people together in the same place with alcohol and that is what happens. Really wouldn't matter if they were all family, almost guaranteed there would still be fights. Throw in **** talking Texans fans and **** talking Cowboys fans and it's really not that surprising.

Though the fat-ass that shoved the chick in the head should have had his ass whooped. Also it looks like most of the fighting was taking place around that one tent, figure out who it is and take away their tailgating privileges or just outright ban them, if that is possible.

The dude shooting the video just sounded like one of those guys that runs his mouth, then hides behinds his friends when the **** hits the fan. I agree that it is stupid, but you cold probably go to almost any sporting event and find this going on if you were to tour the whole parking lot. Ive been to small town rodeos that had more action and bigger brawls then that little scrum.
 
Unless somebody dies or is dismembered I don't think the national media is really going to care about some fisticuffs in a stadium parking lot after a game.

Yeah, this certainly isn't exclusive to Texans fans at all. Just Youtube "fights at Dodgers games" and you'll get like 15 videos instantly. Just imagine the parking lots when the Yankees and Sox play.

Normally I'd agree with you, but now I'm not so sure........ESPN isn't just about reporting sports news anymore......they now create it and all they have to do is play a clip of it on one of their dozen tabloid shows.....and they LOVE football stories like this.

It just makes it bad, because it's on tape...that's all I'm saying. It looks bad.

Yeah but unless these fights involve Brett Favre they'll pass on running it into the ground.

Also, Bob may take notice in the form of heightened security in the parking lots during the Dallas game in September but I think that's it.
 
Disappointed in our fans by this, extremely disgraceful and gives a bad name to Houston and the Texans...

though I gotta say... in the second video at about 1:50 in when the videographer says "oh sh*t, border patrol"... that part cracked me up
 
It shouldn't be all that difficult to identify the tent and the fan with a Texans jersey with the name VIDAL written on it and then start the "inquisition" from there as to some of the facts.

I didn't see any of this, but I've mentioned twice before that I ran into no less than 3 Cowboy "likes to fight guy"....
 
As you can tell from what they were saying about the score, the game was still going on so these fools weren't even there to go to the game, just get smashed and wind up that hole in their face.
 
can't watch the vid right now but I will say when the crap you talk is "Are you even from Dallas?" and gets a "**** *** *********** **** **** ****** **** ** * **** ***** **********!!!" response you kind of feel like you're being talked down to. If I wore the Texans colors into the wrong stadium I would expect a little guff for it. I certainly wouldn't take a little ribbing with a need to do anything other than give a little ribbing back. We're not here to fight, you're just rooting for the wrong team. Sorry Pards.
 
What stood out at me in one of the videos was some gurl fan shove a chick wearing a Battle Red jersey.... Awesome! :rolleyes:
 
Texans Fan or not I would have taken that Fat Bast*rd out in the first video. He weighed like a good 325 and he pushes some 5'2" Blonde.

I mean come on dude you had like 320 lbs on her, you big tough guy. There is no reason to push/hit a women unless shes kicking your ass, and you better take it for a while before pulling that crap.

If anyone on this board recognizes him they need to put him in his place.

My brother got ejected for fighting. Ice cream was thrown on him and his four year old son. The Cowgirl fan was arrested. I just hope I don't get a letter from the Texans soon. They were in my seats when it happened. Frigging morons both of them.

It have seen soo many fights at Texans games over the year and it always drives me crazy!

The worst/best was when a guy with his family was being taunted for some reason by a group of younger guy/girls and they started pushing him as he tried to protect his family.
Finally he just knocked the guy out, I mean just reached around hit the dude in the face and the dude fell to the ground.

Then of course the group tried to "jump" him but the tailgating group I was with held the people back and let the family get away...only reason I say best is because the guy was just trying to protect his family and he got the laugh.

I have almost got into fights at game multiple times but I usually try to be reasonable about it, the closest I ever got was with a bears fan when we played them the last game of the season..dude would have killed me he was like 6'3/250 while I am only 6'1/145 but even that wasn't really that serious.

While I don't advocate fighting, good for this guy!!

BTW, VY fanboi got knocked the eff out once at our tailgate. Dude was walking through and didn't know when to keep his mouth shut. Well, he effed with the wrong hombre and took one to the head... Blood ensued. Cops showed up and he was escorted away from us.
 
Closest I ever came was at Reliant against the Titans one time. Some piece of trash hootinanie fan was just screaming at random Texans fans, like right in their face. The trigger was when this elderly couple (probably in late 60's pushing 70) walked up the aisle to the exit (was on field level) and this guy leaned RIGHT IN THE OLD GUYS FACE as he and his wife were shuffling up the stairs and goes off on them.

All the Texans fans around him were pissed, I wasn't even that close to him, but I turned around, stood on the arms of my chair and shouted (think my exact words were....) "Shut your *******ing c**k s**ker you inbred *******!"

That caught his attention and I gave him double Horns Down sign for good measure since I knew he was a VY fantrick. He couldn't even come after me, all the Texans fans near him and his life partner swarmed him while they were laughing at what I just said.

He took a swing at someone and he got straigjht up laid out and fell over the row in front of him.

I try not to get in fights, always do my best to avoid them. I don't want the trouble and I am more mature than that, but this trick needed a good smacking.....you don't just get in some random ederly couples face. I think the only time I would not hesitate to get into is if my daughter were somehow threatened. ..:bat:

Also, I watched that YouTube video wanna be gangsta shot at that last game. Man, that fat dude need a good pounding for sure after palming that chicks face into oblivion. Damn, what a bunch a a-holes.
