Parking Pass Confusion

Buying a pass for next week. The numbers on the passes for sale don't match the parking map. Could someone educate me please. Thanks

All that matters is the color for most lots. The "section" and "seat" mean nothing. I think Platinum lot passes are for a specific spot but Yellow, Blue, etc are first come first served.

I appreciate the response! I was confused by the map. For example, the Yellow lots are numbered 33-38 but I've yet to see a pass for sale with those numbers. So if I buy a pass from the ticket exchange that's listed as Yellow 8 I can park in any Yellow lot?

Yes. All Yellow lot passes work anywhere in the lot.
