Associated Press reports the Dallas Cowboys may play just QB Drew Henson or QB Tony Romo in relief of QB Vinny Testaverde Saturday, Aug. 21, and then use the one that doesn't play this week in the team's following preseason game. Head coach Bill Parcells did not indicate which of the two QBs would play behind Testaverde this week.

I don't see anything from that release that says anything about him being unhappy about the QB.

They're not getting rid of Henson. He could have the worse preseason stats in history and he's going to be the backup and then the starter.

Not trying to be argumentative but he said after the Quincy debacle that he was going to go with Vinny because that's what he had so I don't find it particularly strange to sit Vinny more. There's nothing he's going to do in a preseason game that Bill hasn't seen before.

Total BS. Henson looked great other than the INT last weekend. 8 for 11, more mature and better progressions than most of the rookies out in the last three years (based on limited exposure admittedly) that weren't out of football three years. Parcells may not be happy with who is going to start the first half of the season, but he is not unimpressed with Henson.

if carr wants to come to dallas, um... we'll 'make room' for him.

but actually, henson looks good considering. vinny is the one that's worrying me. maybe he thinks preseason is a waste of time too! i mean, the coaches have had all summer to 'evaluate talent'. playing the other tm's bench isn't going to replicate actual gm situations. u don't suppose the owners r just trying to wringe another buk out of the fans, do u?
