Mobility is the difference maker between the two. Athletic ability is a plus. Heard announcer last night say something very interesting, said Mariota may be next evolution @ QB position, we'll see. In NFL its a good idea to let those who train for contact absorb contact. Brady rarely runs or subjects himself to contact, Rodgers has masterd the slide.

I don't think so. What JJ Watt is doing has not been done since the 40's. Only defensive players to win it Alan Paige & Lawerence Taylor. Watt fits perfectly in that group.
Watt is a good combination of those two with a little Bob Lilly thrown in

True, but the media is completely in love with QBs and RBs for MVP. They can't bear the thought of someone else winning it.

rodgers throws passes that defy all laws of physics. it flies along up to a point and then as if remote controlled starts hovering towards it's target. there were several throws where i thought 'that's not even going to be close' ... but the ball would float softly in the atmosphere until it was time to be plucked gently from the air.
