Yeah, he built a new house in the same area I believe. A buddy of mine did the a/c work at his new pad, said he had a MONSTER garage, required like 6 1/2 ton a/c units just for the garage.

My buddy has his garage AC'ed out too. He has a classic Mustang and doesnt want the humidity jacking it up. I've thought about too but I think my truck can handle the humidity.

He lives in Sherwood Forest Sub. in a 14,000 sg ft house he bought in 1997. It was not a new build so he must have had the garage rebuilt and a/c'd. It might explain why his house shows twice the livable space as all his rich a$$ neighbors.
