Ok, I'll admit we didn't do that bad yesterday.

As the dust has settled (and my hangover has faded) I can start to see the light and the strategy. We have decided to build this team from the inside-out after building from the outside-in these last four years. Its not the most popular/sexy thing to do especially given the toys we passed on, but in the NFL these decisions could payoff BIG-TIME in the long run.

I commend the Texans for sticking to a plan and not wavering to appease the masses. I just hope this strategy pays off because the Texans are defussing a bomb which has the potential to backfire BIG-TIME.

Our defense lost us a lot of games last year and they are trying to fix it the right way....through the draft. Yeah I am upset that they passed on a once and a lifetime player in Reggie or Vince, but I would much rather see Peyton getting crushed! The Colts have proved that having a great offense equals wins and not the big ring. I think with Kubiak and the off season pick ups on the offensive side (which is the right way to go because you need proven players on that side of the ball), our offense will be much improved. Go Texans and I am behind you guys no matter what. All you fairweather fans can leave.....45N and 4 hours and you will feel right at home!!!!!

Yep, and let's not forget having to contain VY in a couple of years. Better to start formulating a system now to compete with systems and future systems in our division...
