you guys touted what happens when a team overlooks another team, like the jags did to you guys last week. then what happens? you overlook the browns, and get burned in your own house. what goes around comes around, fellas. parity's a b!tch, ain't it?
 
as much as I hate to admit it.. yes it is... we overlooked the browns

but they were a dangerous team.. they had something more to prove (end their losing streak) than we did.

You know, i'll be the first to say your right..You overlooked us like we OVERLOOKED the Browns....I was worried about this from the start...Guess thats why i don't talk too much smack unless its protecting my team because you never know when you'll be in that position...And yes we got burned in our own house...The way they played they deserved this...I know how you guys felt...
 
Yep, the Browns killed us. Imagine what they would have done to the Jags??

LOL. The difference between this lost and yours last week is... we didnt have the playoffs within our grasp!!! Not quite the same there chief.

We were simply playing for momentum heading into next season. The only thing we really lost was maybe improving our draft pick.
 
I wondered how long a Jagoff would take to get here when we lost and they won. Bet it would have been a really long time the other way round. Given that, he is right, we didn't play like we wanted it and they did. Read that they really wanted it for Robinskie so that he would have a shot at the Head Coaches job. Better motivated than we were. Sounds a bit like a coaching issue.

Overall, close enough to your's that your smack sounds lame. Against the division, better than yours. Against your team...well...I'm sure you can recall.

the texans got beat by a soundly crappier team than they are. at least the texans-jags matchup well. your game shouldn't even have been close.

you guys let kelly holcomb complete 2/3 of his passes.

Hey, atleast both teams are missing the playoffs.

Had the Jags been able to compete with the Texans and atleast beat us once, they would probably be in the playoffs.

But 6 points in two games is not going to cut it.

Ok remember what i said i don't talk smack unless its protecting my team, so with that said, REMEMBER WE STILL BEAT YOU AND IN A VERYYY BAD WAY, TWICE....Once may be embarrassing but twice is HUMILATING.....So i would hardly bring up records right now.....
 
actually the D was there. but the O didn't show up and get the points when the D gave us field position

same could be said about the jags.. we dont' have a fred taylor

we are a young team with an OL that either can improve or needs to get some good players in here

We punted 7 times. Damn, that's a lot.
The Jags scored 6 points against us in two games. Damn, that's not a lot.

ok, fair enough. just had to come over here after so many of you guys flooded our board last week.

to next year, boys.... when the colts and titans will be at the bottom, and the Jags and Texans will be atop the AFC south. I think that we can all agree with that (jags slightly above the texans, however)

where's your beer smily?

But see hear in reality, where we all live, teh Jags are nowhere near 14-2 and the Texans are nowhere near 2-14; in fact there are only two games seperating the two teams. And need I remind you who effectivly ended your hopes of the playoffs?

As for the sweep, seeing as you didn't score a TD against us it means alot, hell even the Titans could put up a single TD against us.

about the OL problems.... well we got those here in jax too. our LT blocks likea frickin turnstyle

He's probably been lying awake at night for the past week hoping for a Jagass win. Rehearsing various posts in the event of a Texans loss and a Jags win. KJ.....if I were you I wouldn't talk so much smack....we were not that far behind your Jagass. And there is plenty of time for your team to fall flat on their face.
You know...kinda like they did on Halloween and Xmas weekend against the Texans. :thud:
Bottom line.....we never expected to make the playoffs and your team did.
Oh yeah......and that will never change the fact that Texans swept the Jags this year. AND shut them out Xmas week....the only team to do so since their Innaugural year in '95. :neener:
Also, the Texans only 1 of 4 teams to shut out another team this year.

You are good here. Smack us around a bit if you like, we deserve some of it, but just remember where you are. Khari is in charge of Smileyville, we will have to order a case of beer smilies I guess.

Oh please. Lets not talk about how many points we held opponents to when we played them twice. You don't want us to bring up the fact that we held you to only 6 points in the two times we played yall.
 
Like I've said several times, when we play you guys, you are undoubtedly the better team, for whatever reason. Against all other opponents, the Jags are a better team.

Ok fair enough about the Titans and Colts, lol, since McNair may retire, but nope i won't agree the Jags are a better team above the Texans, lose to us once, "Maybe", lose to us twice with a shutout on your record, "NEVER"

Jags have no right to talk anything, they lost their chance at the playoffs and are sitting right here next us watching the tube. We were not the one spouting off and how do you overlook us TWICE???? Not! That is a lame excuse, we just beat you and own you fair and square. Pony up to your own games, don't go reaching to the Brown for vendication, if you want to play that game we could do the same thing to you when the Titans beat you.. Out.
