No way Vince Young is winning Hesiman

I know Bush will win it but Vince does have almost 1000 more yards and 1 td shy of having twice as many as he does. If it weren't for the Fresno game it'd probably be closer with Bush edging him out.

Vince Young is a quarterback he is supposed to have tons of yards and touchdowns. Having twice as many touchdowns and yards as Reggie Bush is expected.

before the Fresno game the voters had vince ahead with 13 1st place votes to reggies 2.

ESPN has had a heisman list all year

That is not an official heisman poll. All of the major networks had their own heisman poll and usually they were different from site to site. They may have polled a few heisman voters to see what they think, but I doubt they polled all of them because there are well over 200 voters in total.

The Heisman this year is a bit of a joke. Three guys only. There were plenty of other guys who should at least be mentioned. Drew Olson, Brady Quinn, and Deangelo Williams to just name a few had large impacts on the college game. Hell Brady Quinn just earned 5M or something like that for ND.

Not that Bush does not deserve it but you all have to admit he became the media darling for this award. Even the Chronicle on Friday had a BIG picture of Reggie Bush and a smaller side story for V Young.

ANd then you have Matt Leinert tearing it up weeks after winning the heisman.

He seems like a really good guy. We need players who have the same kind of character and dedication that he has.

By the way. 784 first place votes and the next highest was Vince at 79. That is unbelievable.

2nd only to...The Juice.

Reggie sounds like a well educated down to earth person.

with the way the voting went it should have only been bush that was invited. I thought it was going to be bad but that was terrible.

I'm glad Bush won for 2 reasons.
1. he deserved it this year
2. Vince should come back next year to get his (after winning National Championship this year!)
