I don't think this will ever happen. Television networks are well aware of the liability involved in causing epileptic seizures with a color combination like that.
They just need to get Mary Hart from Entertainment Tonight to do the commentary and they'd probably kill a third of the country outright.
I was kidding of course but believe it or not there's actually an episode of "Pokemon" that's never re-aired because of the number of siezures it caused children in Japan when it was first shown.
