All Pro
Now that every team has played 9 games, who do you think will be considered the top two RB in the NFL at the end of this year to make the All-Pro team?

Shaun Alexander, Seattle Seahawks (7-2)

1980 rushing yards, 30 TD, 41 catches, 302 yards projected stats.

1593 rushing yards, 6 TD, 34 catches, 233 yards, 2 TD projected stats.

Willis McGahee, Buffalo Bills (4-5)
856 rushing yards, 4 TD, 16 catches, 117 yards,
1522 rushing yards, 7 TD, 28 catches, 208 yards projected stats.

LaDanian Tomlinson, San Diego Chargers (5-4)

1484 rushing yards, 23 TD, 50 catches, 469 yards, 4 TD, 3+ passing TDs projected stats.

Alexander and LT. It was a tough pick between Edge and LT, but I've gotta believe the Colts would still be winning games without James. Not so sure that's true of the Chargers with LT.

Alexander, doesn't get enough credit. All he does is score TD's. Lead the league in rushing and TD's, what more could you want.

There are 3 things you can be guaranteed in life: Death, taxes and Shaun Alexander scoring in a game. He has 89 career TDs in 89 career games. Amazing.

Wheres Priest Holmes and Julius Jones

Priest Holmes hasn't put up his usual numbers this year and he's done for the rest of the year, but if it was a best RB over the last 3-5 years then he'd have to be on it. Julius Jones had a decent year last year but has yet to do much this year and has been hurt half the year and likewise not put up the numbers. I avoided picking Jones in any of my fantasy league teams because I knew he'd get hurt, and unfortunately Holmes hasn't produced as high of numbers as usual, but he has been alright. Shaun Alexander has single-handedly won many games for me though.

Has to be a joke. Priest isn't even the best RB on his team anymore. And if Jones doesn't toughen up and play with some pain, the Tuna will play Barber even if Jones comes back.

Shaun Alexander should run away with this award and likely the MVP by the end of the season. He is currently on pace for 1980 yards and 30 TDs and he gets to play the 49ers twice, the Titans, the Packers, the Giants, Eagles, and Colts, so look for him to be breaking some rushing records by the end of the year.

It's a close call, but I'd pick Alexander right now. I read the other day that he's the first player in NFL history to get 15 TDs in five straight seasons. That's just amazing.
