Per source, the owners just passed a resolution eliminating the 75-man cutdown. So now, there'll be just one cutdown day -- 90 to 53.

A step forward, but it would have been better to expand the final roster.

Owners passed resolution to allow two players to come off IR in-season, which was the expectation. Current rule allows one.

Good addition for later season roster decisions that can better address needs.

I want that as part of my 18-game regular season package with only two pre-season games.

Sounds like the vets & starters won't get much playing time until the RS begins which is an improvement.
