I can't find the specific language, but I believe teams have 24 hours to make a claim on an unvested player that has been cut. The team with the worst record among those that claimed the player gets that players rights. If no team makes a claim within 24 hours, that player becomes a free agent.
The only player I would be interested in off this list is OL Dennis Daley. Daley has been in the league for 5 seasons, playing both OT and OG.
