Also moved David Anderson to the active roster - another return man to replace Buchanon. Also picked up some dude named Craphonse Thorpe.

As expected, Tuesday’s trading deadline expired without the Texans making a deal. They talked to teams about running backs and offensive linemen and decided the asking price was too high.

They called my agent right before the deadline, but they decided 750,000 Wendy's crispy chicken sandwiches was a bit much.

After reading his bio this could be a good idea. His bio on nfl.com says, "Thorpe was not only one of the nation's top receivers, but also was regarded as one of the state of Florida's top cornerbacks."

Seems like after his injury he is gun shy on getting hit, but if he is doing the hitting it might make his day. With his speed not many WRs will outrun him. Who knows, maybe he can turn out to be what we were hoping P-Buc was supposed to be. Wonder if he can tackle. Wonder if he can return kicks. Wonder if he and Mathis as a pair would give the opposing special teams a heart attack.
